RESERVATION TIME
Minimum advance booking time: Customers must book a table at least 2 days in advance.
Maximum advance booking time: Unlimited.
Maximum duration per booking slot: 1 hour 30 minutes/slot.
Maximum capacity of the restaurant: 150 – 160 guests.
- Deposit rate: 50% of the total food bill.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
The deposit will be refunded based on the time of cancellation notice:
15 days in advance: 100% deposit refund.
10 to 14 days in advance: 90% deposit refund.
6 to 9 days in advance: 70% deposit refund.
Under 5 days in advance: 60% deposit refund.
Within 5 days (or later): Non-refundable (100% deposit penalty).
