Booking time regulations (BOOKING RULES)

Welcome to our restaurant. To ensure the best service quality, please note the following time and booking regulations:

1. Operating & Performance Hours

The restaurant operates during fixed hours with special artistic performances:

• Lunch: 12:00 – 15:00
  • Show time: 12:00 – 13:00
• Break time: 15:00 – 17:00
• Dinner: 17:30 – 21:30 (Closes at 22:00)
  • Show 1: 17:30 – 19:00
  • Show 2: 20:00 – 21:30

Note: Each booking slot has a maximum duration of 2 hours. The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 150 – 160 guests.

2. Advance Booking Rules

• Minimum booking time: Please make your reservation at least 02 days prior to your visit.
• Maximum booking time: Unlimited advance booking time.

• Deposit amount: Please prepay 50% of the total food bill to complete the reservation process.
• Payment methods:
  • Payment in VND: Bank transfer.
  • Payment in USD ($): Via PayPal.

4. Reservation Cancellation/Refund Policy

In case of a change in plans, your deposit will be refunded based on the time of cancellation notice as follows:
